I started training over 10 years ago as a teenager, chasing leanness and aesthetics. No matter how hard I trained, I never felt satisfied, and I constantly dealt with niggles, joint pain, and an unhealthy attachment to the gym that made me fear losing progress, so much so I started missing out on life.
Everything shifted when I added running into my routine and was quickly hit with a hip injury that made even walking painful. It forced me to question: what was the point of all those years of strength training if I couldn’t move without pain?
That injury changed my approach. As a qualified personal trainer, I decided to deepen my education and train in mobility coaching to truly understand how the body is meant to move. I rebuilt my training system, and my mindset with it.
For the first time, I found peace from body dysmorphia. Body image stopped being the goal. Pain-free movement and how I felt day to day became the priority.
Today, I’ve coached hundreds of women to move better, feel stronger, and reconnect with life beyond the gym.
